In an unfortunate incident, Rubble, the English bulldog construction pup from the popular children’s show Paw Patrol, suffered a serious injury while operating his backhoe.
The accident occurred during Rubble’s excavation work at a cobalt mine when he unintentionally hit a hidden fault line. The ground gave way, causing Rubble and his backhoe to fall into a deep hole.
“Rubble was immediately taken to Adventure Bay Hospital, where he received prompt medical attention,” reported Skye, the Paw Patrol’s helicopter pilot. Currently, Rubble is in critical but stable condition.
Sources close to the situation claim that Ryder, the team’s leader, had been neglecting safety regulations, leaving Rubble and other members vulnerable to accidents on the job. An anonymous dalmatian source expressed concern, stating, “It was like a ticking time bomb. We all knew it was only a matter of time before a serious injury occurred.” Another anonymous German shepherd source added, “The moment Rubble fell into the hole, Ryder went into full cover-up mode. He instructed us to remain silent and threatened to kick us off the team if we reported the safety violations. It was quite frightening.”
Ryder himself denies any wrongdoing and insists that he followed all safety regulations. “I would never endanger my team,” he stated. “Accidents can happen, but safety always remains our top priority.”
“We’re all relieved that Rubble is still alive, but let’s face it, he’s a dog,” said one Adventure Bay citizen . “He should be licking his balls and begging for treats, not operating dangerous construction equipment.”
Despite the controversy, Rubble maintains a positive attitude. “I’m just glad I wore my hard hat, even though Rocky teases me for it,” Rubble quipped from his hospital bed.
“We’re exploring the possibility of hiring human construction workers, but let’s be real, they don’t look as cute in hard hats,” said Ryder.
In the meantime, Rubble is expected to make a full recovery and resume his duties on the team. Let’s hope he keeps his paws on the controls and his inbred smushed nose on the prize from now on.
